The "Good, Better, Best" (GBB) framework is a powerful strategic recipe for growth. It functions both as a tiered product pricing model in business and as a continuous improvement mindset for personal or team development.

A simple goal-setting model. It helps people and groups move forward step by step. You start with a basic goal, make it better next time, and aim for your highest goal last.

Acknowledge the Good: Accept current baseline performance without settling for mediocrity.
Strive for Better: Push past comfort zones through consistent self-reflection, skill-building, and small weekly habits.
Chase the Best: Focus on being the absolute best at getting better over the long term rather than demanding instant, flawless results.

There are five main business strategies that you can use to direct your organization:
1. cost : Manage your cost and the profits will naturally gravitate towards you , The prudence principle in accounting (often called conservatism) requires accountants to use caution when making estimates under uncertain conditions. It ensures assets and income are not overstated, and liabilities and expenses are not understated, meaning businesses report potential losses early but delay gains until certain  

2. quality : Quality Assurance (QA)
is a planned system or process that aims to prevent defects in products or services , QA focuses on setting standards, creating work procedures, and monitoring the production flow from the start to ensure the final result meets the expected quality

3. distribution: Have a logistic and networking mindset, integrate well with your peers and those well above you.
4. Technology: Use technology to your advantage
5. Innovation, and intellectual propriety (IP) : be creative and surround yourself with those better than you.
